Based in the UK, Zoe is Senior Director Member Engagement at GEO responsible for driving positive engagement with GEO members.
Prior to this Zoe was a senior consultant in EMEA, focusing on helping companies operate and communicate plans effectively, ensuring employees understand and value their equity to maximize company investment. Zoe creates content to communicate the complexities of share plans to employees. Within her role at Aon, Zoe undertook interim share plan manager positions for several listed clients acting as trusted adviser for management of all things equity, from grants to corporate actions, global taxation and vestings to payroll reporting.
Zoe joined Aon from ProShare where she was Head of Member Services, responsible for successfully growing membership and engagement, crafting and organizing industry events, training and communications.
Prior to ProShare Zoe was a Senior Manager at Capita (now MUFG) from 2010 - 2015 heading up share plan operations for several FTSE 100 clients operating various types of plan in the UK and globally.
Zoe has over 14 years’ experience in employee share plans and remuneration. Zoe is ICSA Cert. Employee Share Plans qualified and has qualifications in Investor Relations, Reward Management, Internal Communications and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Zoe is a regular attendee and speaker at share plan industry events and a GEO Chapter Lead for the Nordics Region.
