Job Summary: Ascendis Pharma are seeking a highly skilled and experienced equity professional to lead and support global incentive programs in the United States. This position will expand the equity team from four to five full-time employees, with a dedicated focus on equity compensation for our U.S. operations.
Ascendis Pharma has experienced rapid growth, making it increasingly challenging to serve and assist our U.S. colleagues solely from our Danish headquarters. The individual in this role will be critical in helping U.S. employees understand the equity value they receive and guiding them through necessary actions throughout the year, such as grant acceptance, vesting decisions, exercising options, and navigating tax season.
The ideal candidate will prioritize employee training, communication, and education about equity plans, while also handling local reporting, regulatory filing, and compliance activities triggered by plan events.
The role will be based out of Princeton, NJ, and will require some travelling to HQ in Denmark.
