Bill Radtke, Senior Vice President, is a UBS Financial Advisor and Certified Equity Professional (CEP). He advises corporate clients on their equity compensation plans while also providing individual UBS investors with advisory services regarding equity compensation in conjunction with their overall financial planning needs.
Based in the UBS San Francisco office dedicated to Corporate Employee Financial Services, Bill serves corporate clients and individual investors in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley areas. He began his career in the StockAdministration Industry in 1998 at a large brokerage firm that focused on stock plan services until 2000. After this experience working on the brokerage side of the industry, he consulted with various corporate clients throughoutthe Silicon Valley from 2000 to 2002, advising on their employee stock benefit plan administration.
Bill graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Political Science.Bill has been a member of the the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) Silicon Valley Chapter since 2000. He has also served as Secretary for the NASPP Silicon Valley Chapter's Executive Committee. He holds licenses for multiple financial instruments, and is registered to do business in all 50 states.In addition to the CEP designation, Bill holds the designations of Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant and Corporate Services Financial Advisor within UBS Financial Services Inc.
