Lisa has been dedicated to Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services practice for more than 18 years. Lisa is also part of our leadership team supporting our global equity advisory services and has extensive experience in global equity compensation related to both local and cross border employees. In this role, she has managed global equity consulting engagements for organizations across all industry lines, covering a diverse array of equity-based compensation vehicles in over 100 countries. Lisa is responsible for leading global equity engagements for some of Ernst & Young’s largest clients and provides services in the areas of global equity plan design and implementation, feasibility analysis, tax and legal due diligence, corporate tax planning and employee education.
Lisa earned a BS degree in finance from the State of University of New York at Albany. She is an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Lisa has also spoken at seminars and conferences such as the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), GEO and E*TRADE on global equity compensation matters.
