Carola Weimer joined Siemens in June 2012. She holds a graduate degree in business administration from the Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena where she specialized in the fields of International Management, Intercultural Business Communication and Human Resources.
Within Siemens, Carola Weimer is member of the Global Share Programs team. She is responsible for the governance and comprehensive management of the Employee Participation Programs which enable 340.000 employees worldwide to become shareholders of Siemens.
Prior to joining Siemens Carola Weimer was Consultant at Towers Watson in the Talent, Rewards & Communication line of business. Her consulting focus was on the implementation of job evaluation approaches, the design and implementation of variable compensation systems as well as employee share programs and compensation benchmarking.
