Director, Financial Reporting Manager – UBS Financial Services Inc.

 

Tommy manages the Financial Reporting team at UBS Workplace Wealth Services. He is responsible for helping companies with their financial reporting needs around accounting for share based compensation. Tommy joined UBS in 2006 as a Stock Plan Administrator before moving to the Financial Reporting Service Team in 2010. His years of experience with UBS have helped him gain critical insight into equity plan complexity, and he constantly seek ways to improve upon the client experience. Before joining UBS, Tommy’s professional background was in small business payroll, financial performance reporting, financial planning, investments and insurance sales. Tommy has presented on financial reporting and administrative topics at many industry events. Including: the GEO Conference, NASPP Conference, NASPP Chapter Meetings, CEPI Symposiums, and many UBS events. Tommy has a B.B.A. in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and Series 6, 63, and 66 registered. President of the NASPP Nashville Chapter. Tommy was named a Fellow of Global Equity as part of the 2019 class of GEO Fellows by the Global Equity Organization.
