Louise joined Unilever in October 2010. As Global Equity and Reward Manager, Louise leads the Global Equity team running both Operations and Compliance, along with being responsible for Recognition and the Living Wage work, globally at Unilever. Louise has project managed the recent launch of the New Reward Framework to the Senior Executives at Unilever, and prior to this project managed the launch of Unilever’s Global Employee Share Plan “SHARES” in 103 countries. When she joined Unilever she worked as the Global Mobility and Reward Manager for the Unilever senior executives and Unilever’s Leadership Executive (ULE).
Louise was previously a Global Mobility Manager with both Ernst & Young and Deloitte, as part of the HR Consulting divisions. Louise holds a BSc from Loughborough University in Business Economics & Finance.
