Joe Machewirth leads a team responsible for compensation service delivery at Prudential Financial, with oversight for the annual compensation process, stock plan administration, deferred compensation and other Total Rewards programs for 40,000+ employees internationally. He has more than 20 years of experience in assessing complex business needs, delivering enterprise level strategic program and technology solutions globally, managing all facets of the project life cycle and managing large third-party vendor outsourcing relationships. A two-time winner of Prudential's Project Manager of the Year award, he has led the implementations of Prudential's Total Reward system, its global Employee Stock Purchase Plan and its Compensation Planning / Survey Management systems. Joe joined Prudential’s Corporate Compensation unit as a Vice President in 2000. Previously, he worked in various finance areas both within Prudential and other leading companies. Joe holds a BS in Economics and Marketing from Rutgers and a MBA in Finance from Seton Hall. He holds CCP and CEP designations.
