Gordon is a Partner in Ernst & Young´s People Advisory Service practice leading EY´s Global Equity services in GSA. He has extensive experience in the design, implementation, roll out, communication and administration of compensation plans with a special focus on equity based compensation.
Gordon implemented and administers many compensation plans globally under consideration of legal, taxation and accounting issues. Further areas of expertise are all employee mobility issues, advisory services for expatriates of multinational companies, remuneration in the private equity business, implications of M&A on remuneration schemes and pensions.
Gordon received his Executive Master of Business Administration from the HEC Paris, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and his Master of Business Law & Taxation from the University of Mannheim and Budapest University of Economic Sciences. He is a US Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
Gordon is a frequent speaker, author of various articles and studies on equity-based compensation.
