Joël is specialising in Employment Law. He advises German and international companies on all areas of individual and collective labour law. A focus of his work is advising businesses regarding cross-border and domestic restructuring, particularly with regard to transfers of undertakings and operational change. He also advises on all aspects of the creation and execution of employment contracts and in the planning and implementation of termination processes in respect of executives (including board members). Joël is an expert lawyer for Employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht). He has published various articles and has presented on a number of occassions on Employment Law.
