Kim has more than 20 years of experience managing all facets of global equity awards and employee stock purchase plans, including plan design, administration, employee communication and education, financial accounting and SEC reporting. Kim has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Northwestern–St. Paul, Minnesota, and previously served as an officer of the Twin Cities chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
