Michael Wallace is an Associate Director responsible for Global Equity & Deferred Compensation Programs at United Technologies Corporation. Michael has worked in the equity compensation field for 10 years in roles with increasing responsibility. In his current role he manages the day to day administration and life cycle events associated with the UTC long-term incentive plan. Michael is also responsible for the vendor relationship with UBS Financial Services for equity plan administration. In this role he also provides guidance on program design, communication design and delivery, project management and process improvement.
Prior to joining United Technologies Corporation Michael worked for Unilever North America (6 years) and General Electric (3 years) in both equity and broad based compensation roles.
Michael earned his MBA degree from Union Graduate College and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo. He also earned his CEP credentials in November 2016.
