Matt is VP Business Development APAC for Morgan Stanley in Australia and has 20 years’ experience providing solutions to clients with local and global equity plans in the UK and Australia, commencing his career in share plans with HBOS in the UK. He has worked with companies with local and global all-employee and executive plans including NAB, South32 and HSBC.
Matt’s previous responsibilities included managing a team of relationship/BD managers providing solutions to companies in Australia and New Zealand including Wesfarmers, ANZ and CSL. Across the client base, there were Australian and New Zealand listed companies with local and global share plans and overseas listed companies (like Chevron) who offer local tax-effective plans to their Australian employees.
