Emily W. Van Hoorickx has focused on equity compensation programs and financial planning for over three decades. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). Additionally, she is a Corporate Services Financial Advisor and Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant. Emily maintains licenses for multiple financial instruments and securities registration in all 50 states. Emily leads a team that is dedicated to helping individuals develop and maintain a comprehensive wealth management plan, as well as working with corporations wishing to enhance the delivery of employee benefit plans.
Emily is a founding member of GEO as well as a founding member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) where she has served twice as president of the Silicon Valley chapter. Emily was in the first graduating class of the CEP program and currently serves on the board of Santa Clara University's Certified Equity Professional (CEPI) Institute.
Emily has been profiled in Barron's, Registered Rep Magazine, and has been consistently rated as a top female advisor and a best in-state advisor by Barron's, Forbes, the Financial Times, and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Emily is proud to have an adult daughter who has joined her practice. Madeline is currently serving on the GEO NextGen taskforce.
