As the Director of Global Compensation and HR M&A, Brian is responsible for the strategic design, governance, implementation, and compliance of compensation, incentive and equity programs spanning 41,000 employees, 120 countries and many local cultures. Brian leverages his background in HR and IT to frequently sponsor process streamlining and/or automation via technology.
In addition to Compensation responsibilities, Brian leads the Global Lilly HR organization through Business Development requests that involve the acquisition or divestiture of human capital. This process includes all aspects of business development ranging from corporate due diligence through the on boarding / off boarding of employees.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his MBA from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business. Brian received his CEP designation from Santa Clara University and he is an active member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and the total rewards association, World at Work.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with this family, playing golf, fishing and traveling.
