Jennifer Kirk is a partner in the Compensation & Employment group of Baker McKenzie where she advises multinational corporations on the global tax and regulatory issues related to their stock plans. She recently returned to Baker McKenzie after nearly 8 years as Director, Global Equity Management, at Google, where she was responsible for the operation, administrations and global compliance of Google's equity plan programs, including for its Other Bet companies. Jennifer is a frequent speaker on global equity compensation issues and currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Global Equity Organization. She has previously held Board positions with the NASPP SF Chapter and she is on the Board of Trustees of Stevenson School. Jennifer received her BA from Cornell University and her JD from UCLA School of Law.
