Stuart is a seasoned total rewards professional with almost 20 years of experience, both in-house and as a consultant.
Stuart supports the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of MasterCard’s Board of Directors on all Compensation and Governance related matters. In addition, he leads a team of Total Rewards advisors to MasterCard’s various business units and has responsibility for the strategy, design and administration of MasterCard’s Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Annual Incentives, Equity Compensation, Recognition and Employer of Choice programs.
Stuart holds an M.B.A. from New York University with a dual focus in Finance and Management and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in Mathematics. He began his professional career at Mercer working as an Actuarial Consultant for Retirement Plans. Prior to MasterCard, Stuart worked for Lehman Brothers and PepsiCo.
