Keshwan is the Head of Employee Share Plans at Boardroom Limited (“Boardroom”), a leading provider of employee share plan and corporate services. Keshwan has been with Boardroom for over 5 years in several roles within the employee share plan space, specialising in assisting organisations meet their employee equity objectives. Keshwan is responsible for the management of all employee share plan matters, encompassing service delivery and client relations. Keshwan holds a Bachelor Of Commerce, majoring in Economics from Macquarie University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.
