Sian Halcrow-Wilson is senior consultant at FIT Remuneration Consultants, based in London with over ten years of experience in the equity compensation industry. Her global equity experience ranges from small private entities to large multinational corporations headquartered across six continents. Sian regularly advises on plan design elements and operational considerations of equity incentives, including the valuation (both pre- and post-grant) of share plans predominantly under IFRS 2 and the measurement and analysis of financial and non-financial metrics with deep expertise in total shareholder return (TSR).
Sian has a degree in Mathematics, Operation Research and Statistics from Cardiff University. She is highly involved in several industry events and is also a frequent speaker internationally on a wide range of global equity compensation topics from design considerations all the way through delivery, communications and plan effectiveness.
