Senay Gümüs is a Total Rewards senior consultant at SAP, focusing on the communication of equity plans. Her responsibilities include the development of communication strategies for new equity plans, ongoing communication activities for existing plans as well as continuous improvements to ensure a positive employee experience. In her role, Senay was responsible for the communication campaign for the new equity programs that SAP rolled out in 2016.
