Bio

Rosalie Borzumato is Vice President, Global Stock Plan Services at Paramount.  She is an accomplished senior equity professional with 20 years of experience in the worldwide management and implementation of executive and broad-based stock award programs. 

Rosalie is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the company’s global equity programs as it relates to administration, operations, communications, global regulatory and tax compliance, vendor management and contract negotiation, corporate governance, business process improvement and employee financial education.

Rosalie’s extensive experience also includes, but is not limited to, equity software implementations and integrations, and managing employee stock plans and equity conversions in numerous complicated corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, splits and exchange offers. 

Rosalie is an active member of the Global Equity Organization and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and currently serves on the Morgan Stanley Client Advisory Board, the Global Equity Organization Issuer Council and the Leadership Committee of the Global Equity Organization NY/NJ chapter where she is part of the team that has been recognized with two GEO chapter excellence awards.  Rosalie is also a GEO Star Award recipient, and while under Rosalie’s direction, CBS Corporation was awarded a GEO award for Best in Financial Education.

Rosalie earned her B.B.A. in Business Management at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, and completed her M.B.A. in Finance and Communications/Media Management at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
