Mathew is a remuneration consultant and lawyer specialising in employee equity plans, executive remuneration and corporate governance. He advises companies and remuneration committees on equity plan design and administration, and the structure, quantum and disclosure of executive pay.
Mathew has advised some of Australia and the world's largest companies on their employee share plans and remuneration issues.
While in the UK, Mathew taught the International Share Plans subject for the ICSA Employee Share Plans course. He has also presented for the Chartered Secretaries Australia, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals conference in New York, and the Global Equity Organisation conference in London on executive remuneration and equity plan issues.
