Robert is a Partner in PwC’s Global Human Resource Solutions practice. He assists clients with broad-based compensation matters, including executive compensation, equity based compensation plans, and benefit programs regarding accounting, reporting and tax compliance. Robert also supports clients with corporate transaction services as it relates to stock-based compensation issues and conversions. Additionally, he helps companies with the design, implementation and internal controls review of HR processes to improve process efficiency and risk mitigation.
Robert started his career as an auditor with a “Big 4” accounting firm and has more than 20 years of accounting and compensation experience working with both public and private companies.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Georgia State University, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Robert is a frequent speaker on equity based compensation topics at financial conferences and industry events, including the CFO Forum, CFO Rising, Global Equity Organization (GEO) International, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), National Equity Compensation Forum (NECF) and E*TRADE Directions.
