Craig is a Principal in PwC's People & Organization practice based in Boston. Craig has extensive experience assisting with the global compensation, benefits and payroll issues facing companies in many industries. Prior to joining PwC, Craig helped to lead both the HR tax consulting and financial services tax practices for a large competitor. He is a deep specialist in executive compensation and employee benefit plans including the tax, ERISA and accounting treatment of qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation programs, carried interest plans as well as stock options and other equity-based arrangements He assists clients in addressing the risk and process controls challenges in all areas of HR, payroll and compensation and benefit administration.
Craig earned a BS in Accounting and Finance as well as a JD from Boston College. He also earned his LLM from Boston University.
