Lynn has overall accountability for the quality administration of her clients’ equity compensation plans. She also provides strategic planning and consultative services for the stock plan relationship.
Before joining Fidelity, Lynn spent 15 years in the technology industry in Human Resources (HR) leadership positions, focusing on strategic planning, executive and sales compensation, and merger/acquisition management. She began her career with Fidelity in 2005 as vice president of HR for Fidelity’s Workplace Investing business. She worked in an HR capacity with the Stock Plan Services business for almost three years before assuming her current position.
Lynn received her bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and her master of science degree in human resource management from Rivier College. She holds both Series 7 and 63 securities registrations and is pursuing the designation of Certified Equity Professional.
