Part of Eli Lilly and Company’s Global Compensation team, Mitch Beaverson provides oversight for Lilly’s equity design and administration, granting in 60-70 countries each year.
During his 17 years at Lilly, Mitch has held leadership and consultant roles in line HR, cash compensation, and Lilly’s HR shared services team prior to developing expertise in equity compensation the last 7 years. In his role as equity consultant, Mitch has expanded Lilly’s ability to grant in several countries, provided design improvements to Lilly’s programs and administration, established updated communications strategies and most recently partnered with KPMG and Merrill Lynch to launch a global approach to managing mobility and tax compliance, including US state-to-state mobility.
Prior to joining Lilly, Mitch worked for AlliedSignal/Honeywell and Amoco/BP corporations. Since earning his MBA from Indiana University, Mitch acquired and maintains an SPHR certification and Level 3 CEP certification since 2010. Mitch received his undergraduate degree from Taylor University.
Mitch has one passion, many hobbies, and loves investing in Melissa, his wife, and their six children.
