Michael Wolff is Full Professor at the University of Goettingen (Germany) for Management and Management Accounting. Michaels’ research focuses on how incentive and control systems influence management and employee behaviour. His research has been published in scholarly and practitioner outlets like Strategic Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Journal of Management Studies, Global Business Management and Contemporary Accounting Research and several other journal and bools. Together with several profit and non-profit orientated organization he conducted projects in the field of stock-based compensation. Additionally he has experience as management consultant for McKinsey & Company.
