Claudia has over 13 years of experience in executive and equity compensation in private and public technology companies, recently expanding her scope into total rewards. In her most recent role as Sr. Director of Total Rewards at SunPower Corporation, Claudia was responsible for the design and implementation of employee stock award adjustments in a company spin-off, and the establishment of an employee stock plan for the new company. She has deep experience advising U.S. and international compensation committees in dynamic industries like semiconductor and solar, that has challenged her to develop creative solutions to complex problems in support of company strategies.
