Lydia Terrill has worked in equity compensation for 20+ years at various companies in Silicon Valley, mostly on the public issuer side and often as a “Department of One”. She currently manages the global equity compensation programs at Vocera Communications. Other jobs have included private companies and a law firm. Lydia became a Certified Equity Professional in 2002 and a Global Equity Organization (GEO) Fellow of Global Equity in 2018. She is also a member in good standing of GEO and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). She serves on the NASPP Silicon Valley Program Committee and is a frequent speaker at GEO, ETRADE, CEPI, and NASPP events. She appreciates the variety, patience-building and lack of boredom that accompany work in this field.
